Account Deletion & Data Retention

How to Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Planr account and all associated data at any time. To do so, follow these steps within the app:

1. Navigate to the Settings page.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. You will be prompted to enter your password for security verification.
4. Click Confirm to finalize the deletion.

What Happens to Your Data?

Upon confirming your account deletion, your profile information, including your email address and User ID, and all stored tasks will be immediately and permanently removed from our Firebase database.

Requesting Deletion via Email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion by contacting us at support@ironciphertech.com. Please send the request from the email address associated with the account you wish to delete. We will process your request and purge all associated data within 7 business days.
